europaFITNESS.com was originally a library of treatments available from the europaFITNESS Clinic. Now it’s a library of gym  related information repository  used by aindreas +. you’re welcome to join.

The aforementioned aindreas is a professionally qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Sports Therapist, Spin Master, Lifeguard and gym goer! In 2012 aindreas was diagnosed with a wide variety of food intolerances, and it is expected that the info by aindreas on site will develop in addressing working out issues related to food intolerance, and seemingly similar associated issues with chronic illnesses.

aindreas has since changed careers and is working in administration now, dong his final year in college – studying admin law and does sports as a hobby.
