About Aindreas + buddies;
Aindreas a professionally qualified ftitness instructor, personal trainer, spin cycle master and sports therapist. And has worked in same. Now he has changed career, working-out is the thing to go do on lunch break, out every evening + when the weekends roll in. The site reflects this and what we know about exercise. When we’re not working we can be found in one of the best sports facilities in Ireland.
About europaFITNESS;
There are some awesome fitness sites out there. We hope that this site will be itself. It won’t try to be all things. We will write about what we know, if you want to join + add your own content that would be great. europaFITNESS should be a laugh. The site welcomes everyone. If you are a fitness instructor cool. Cordial ethicy in forums etc expected.
If you create a blog it needs to be about fitness to some degree. Whether you train in a body-building gym, work in an old folks home and you want to talk about their fitness or are a house-parent and want to blog about the laundry fitness regime you have. It’s all good because it’s about F.I.T.N.E.S.S. Equally if you have an illness. We do not discriminate about the type of fitness you have.
europaFITNESS offically relaunched 1st September 2010. It was formerly a library of treatments from the europaFITNESS sports clinic and a retailer. You are welcome to register and use the site.
If you have registered on the site pre 21 August 2010 you will need to re-register. I had to reconfigure something basic to effect a smooth running of the site.
